Abstract
Chef Niall Hill has joined workplace services provider Sodexo Ireland as its head of food where he is responsible for driving the company’s culture of food service excellence and the continuing development of its culinary teams on client sites.

He has over 30 years’ experience at the highest levels nationally and internationally. Niall is currently working on projects that involve food sustainability, food waste and carbon footprint that align with Sodexo’s net zero pathway.

Commenting on the news, Niall said: “I’m very excited to be working with Sodexo as its commitment to food excellence, sustainability, and ambitious net zero strategy aligns with my personal and professional values. Sodexo Ireland employs close to 3,000 people in Ireland, delivering food and facilities management services to clients in business and industry, education, pharma and healthcare.
