Taylor joins from Sodexo USA, where he held a number of senior leadership roles, including president of the senior living business from 2008 to 2012, and president of the healthcare business in the south eastern United States from 2012 until late 2015.

Sodexo works at 100 NHS and private client sites in the healthcare sector, in addition to running the Tillery Valley Foods food production site in Wales and Home Service, a meals-on-wheels service in London and the South East.
