Kent based school caterer Independent Catering has appointed Simon Willis as director of client services and food development in response to continued growth at the company.
Willis said: “Independent Catering has a strong ethos and a genuine passion for delivering fantastic food and service to its customers and clients. And I therefore am very much looking forward to working alongside a team of like-minded people.”
Andrew Saunders, Independent's managing director, said: “Simon’s appointment adds further strength and depth to the senior operations team as we look to maintain and develop further still our reputation as an outstanding independent caterer focused on delivering fresh, seasonal, innovative, menus in our schools and colleges.”
Willis joins Independent's senior management team with both operational and food innovation, development responsibilities.
