Abstract
Simon Hulstone, head chef of the Elephant Bar and Restaurant, Torquay, Devon has been selected as the UK entry to compete alongside 19 other at the Bocuse d'Or in Stavanger, Norway on July 1st and 2nd.
Five countries - France, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway and Sweden – qualified early thanks to their performance in the Bocuse d'Or 2007 . The top three candidates will receive the prizes: of E12,000, E9000 and E6000.
