Grocott, who has been working in the foodservice industry for the past 17 years, previously held various operational roles at Hobart, most recently as operations director.

“Moving forwards the main objective will be to build upon our high-level of service support initiatives to all customers. This includes furthering customer communications platforms with increased updates during the job process, forming an accredited training school to support our engineer’s knowledgebase and rationalising the supplier base.”
The directorial changes at Serviceline come during a period of expansion for the company which is integrating the engineer workforce, existing support and warranty work previously provided to the UK market by Dawson MMP Ltd.
