Abstract
Seasoned Events, part of the Crown Group, has announced the promotion of Terry Korobin to the role of projects and compliance manager at the award-winning food and events business.
Korobin, who has been with Seasoned for 10 years, will now be responsible for the project management of special events, involving logistics and compliance management, after previously holding the role of operations manager.
The newly created role is designed to oversee large scale projects that Seasoned Events has secured in recent years, such as the Henley Royal Regatta, Farnborough Air Show and Founders Day at Royal Hospital Chelsea.
Korobin will also be responsible for managing processes to ensure the business continues to meet standards set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).
Colin Sayers, managing director, Seasoned Events, said: "As a business, we always look to develop our staff by promoting from within first, and I am proud of Terry and the support network around him that has enabled him to work his way up at Seasoned."
Korobin added: "I am delighted with my appointment as projects and compliance manager. It has been a fantastic 10 years at Seasoned Events, and I look forward to many more ahead."
