Seasoned Events partners with Royal Hospital Chelsea

Abstract
Seasoned Events, part of the Crown Group, has won the catering contract at the Royal Hospital Chelsea for its annual Founder’s Day celebrations, for the second successive year.
The food and events experts will cater for 160 VIP guests in the Great Hall on 7th June, provide a drinks reception for 1,200 in a marquee on the South lawn, distribute 960 packed meals for the Chelsea Pensioners and manage a drinks bar, barbecue and a hog roast during the day. The Seasoned team, led by executive chef Adrian Booth, will serve a two-course VIP lunch for guests including Sophie, Countess of Wessex in the Great Hall, the largest room at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, and will feature hot smoked salmon, horseradish potato cake, vegetable noodle salad and tarragon hollandaise, as well as vanilla cream and honeycomb martini with homemade shortbread and blackcurrant compote.
