Schools to have 'food champion' pupils

Abstract
Schools in Essex will look to appoint 'food champions' in an attempt to encourage kids to eat better and be healthier.
Recommendations at the meeting also suggested the council looks at a borough-wide contract introduced by September 2009 to improve healthy eating.
