Price takes on the role of head chef after working as head chef for 12 years at The British Council.
McIntyre will bring 30 years experience to her role as group operations manager and McKenna joins the team after working for fives years as food and beverage manager at Selfridges.
McKenna said: “I am delighted to join Principals and I am looking forward to applying my knowledge to driving an effective sales strategy and to introducing some exciting new initiatives, including employing the latest technology.”
Principals, which aims to provide healthy and nutritious meals to schools in southeast England, was founded 26 years ago and acquired by Harbour and Jones in December 2015.
Harbour and Jones also owns fixed venues catering company, H+J, and Tonic, which provides outdoor catering and bespoke private parties.
