Absolute Taste is a team of creators, innovators and spirited individuals who ‘challenge, lead and invest’ in food. They pride themselves on providing ‘innovative’, sustainable and forward-thinking food offerings.

Gary Kennerley, managing director of Absolute Taste, said “Being appointed as the caterer at an institution with such an incredible reputation affords us the opportunity to create incredible food with a focus on locally sourced ingredients, plant-based menus and reducing food waste. This appointment is a testament to our forward-thinking approach and aim to lead the way in food and beverage experiences in venues across the world.”
