A total of 36 teams and over 240 people from the catering industry took part at the event at the Lloyd’s of London office.
Restaurant Associate’s team of six won the Sheila Mitchell quiz trophy and a bottle of champagne each.
For the first time there was a runner-up prize, won by Vacherin. Blue Apple finished third.
ACE chair, Gaye Bullard said: “We all love Quiz Night, with teams from across the hospitality industry joining in.
“The purpose of ACE is to bring people together at fun events to meet, connect and build new relationships. It’s about getting out from behind the emails!”
Quiz rounds included: food critics, plants, wine, anagrams, energy and music.
Hosting staff from Evolve Hospitality welcomed and directed guests, and collected the quiz papers.
The raffle raised £1,134, which will go to the Wiggly Worm charity.
The next ACE event will be the summer party on July 18, taking place aboard Bateaux London and including the ACE Robyns Awards presentation.
