Abstract
Refrigeration experts, Liebherr, have announced an official partnership with the renowned Tante Marie Culinary Academy.
Liebherr has provided the refrigeration appliances for three of the new kitchens in line with the Academy's key plans for expansion and development, as part of Gordon Ramsay's vision to revolutionise the education and development of the students there. Two of the kitchens are now complete and the next phase is due to commence with the completion of the remaining three kitchen installations. Principal Andrew Maxwell said: "We are delighted to have premier brand Liebherr as an official partner. We aim to maintain high levels of education and training in the hospitality industry, offering an innovative environment for students to learn and develop in." Mark Bristow, MD of Liebherr added: "We're excited to be part of such a first class, reputable Academy and its strategic approach for 2011.
