Holly's commitment to improving meal preparation methods in the education sector has led her to becoming a Rational ambassador. Her accolades include being named the 2020 LACA School Chef of the Year (SCOTY) and the recipient of the 2019 McDougall’s Young Baking Team of the Year award.

Holly joins other Rational ambassadors including Simon Rogan, chef proprietor of the renowned restaurant L’Enclume; Santiago Lastra, chef patron at Kol and Rehan Uddin, the founder the Asian Restaurant Owners Network (ARON).
Holly added: “Throughout my career I have used Rational, and am a big fan, the iCombi Pro and iVario Pro are ideal for producing a diverse range of healthy dishes for our pupils, whilst saving us time and cost, I wouldn’t use anything else, that’s what I’m very excited to be a Rational ambassador and to share my experience with others.”
