Abstract
Radnor Hills, the soft drink manufacturer, has been praised for its environmental performance after being awarded ISO 14001 accreditation.

Recognising the company’s efforts in reducing its carbon footprint, ISO 14001 signifies that a company’s Environmental Management System meets international standards.

It also helps businesses make efficient use of resources and reduce waste, and to identify cost savings with ‘greater emphasis on resource, waste and energy management.’

William Watkins, Radnor Hills managing director, said: “Being ISO 14001 accredited is extremely important to our business.

“It shows our customers and suppliers that we take our impact on the environment seriously, and that we are committed to keeping it at the forefront of our business.

“Moving forward, our goal is to maximise efficiency and to become a zero to landfill site by the end of 2018.”
