Abstract
A BBC investigation has discovered that a quarter of caterers in Greater Manchester are not complying with basic food hygiene laws.
Last month we reported on how the FSA is currently seeking views on proposals for establishing a UK-wide 'Scores on the doors' scheme to provide consumers with information about hygiene standards in food businesses.
