Abstract
London’s QEII Centre has announced two senior appointments to its catering team, QEII Taste.

Neil Clayden has joined the team as head of events and hospitality, having spent the last year as operations manager of Glaziers Hall, London. Jason Dignam has taken over the role of deputy general manager, following the departure of Deborah Lynch to another division within Compass Group.

Matt Williams, general manager of QEII Taste, said: “Neil and Jason both bring with them a wealth of operational knowledge, delivering events to commercial and private clients alike.

“Neil will be working to enhance customer service and delivery across the food and beverage offer at the centre, while Jason’s blue chip and large-scale event experience will bring valuable insight into creating consistent five-star experiences for our clients.”

Catering at the QEII Centre is provided by QEII Taste by Leith’s, the caterer founded by Prue Leith CBE.
