Abstract
The 2023 Public Sector Catering Expo, which is taking place from 31st October to 1st November at the NAEC Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, will bring together chefs and caterers from across the public sector who help to feed the nation healthy, nutritious and sustainable food.

The Public Sector Catering Expo will include an exhibition of over 100 suppliers as well as a lively speaker programme and informative cooking demonstrations. The Expo is free-to-attend to those working within a public sector catering environment.

The event is unique because it brings together buyers, decision makers and influencers from across the entire industry. Attendees will be from a variety of sectors including schools, hospitals, care homes, universities, prisons, the armed forces and catering colleges.

Within the public sector almost three billion meals are served each year and with that figure forecast to continue growing we must, as an industry, come together and support those individuals and companies that work within it.

Like the 2022 version, the Exercise Joint Caterer (EJC) will once again be taking place alongside the Expo. EJC is the flagship event for Armed Forces chefs and catering teams. It is a tri-service competition with a wide range of culinary classes that showcases the role military caterers play in the delivery of an effective armed force.

The lively speaker programme, demonstration slots and further details will be announced in the coming weeks. If you are interested in exhibiting or sponsoring opportunities, email jackib@dewberryredpoint.co.uk.
