The PSC Expo, which is free to attend, is taking place on 15-16 March 2022 at the NEC in Birmingham. The event aims to bring together caterers from across the public sector including schools, universities, care homes, prisons, the Armed Forces and catering colleges.
Public Sector Caterers are driving forward the foodservice industry, leading on key issues like carbon reduction and rising to the challenges of the pandemic, food supply issues, recruitment shortages and price rises. Public Sector Caterers are ‘working together to feed a health nation’ and the panel will discuss all these issues and more in a fast passed and dynamic debate.
