A panel of experts representing the public sector will discuss what the hospitality industry can do to address the issue of obesity during the panel session, ‘How can the hospitality industry meet the nutritional needs of the nation?’
The session will be moderated by Andy Jones, PS100 chair and will host special guests such as Neel Radia, NACC Chair; Sally Shadrack, LACA Chair; Phil Shelley, HCA Chair; and Matthew White, TUCO Chair.
