Pritchitts launches Millac Gold Care Masterclass

Pritchitts, part of Lakeland Dairies, is tackling the challenge that care home chefs on tight budgets face, by organising an exclusive masterclass to demonstrate how Millac Gold – its leading chef’s alternative to fresh cream – can help create appealing, fortified meals for ‘at risk’ residents.

The Millac Gold Care Masterclass, held in partnership with Cost Sector Catering magazine, will be held on June 3 at Westminster Kingsway College in London, hosted by celebrated care chef Mark Ord, chef development manager at Sanctuary Care group.

With limited space for the masterclass, Pritchitts is offering 10 places for care chefs who want to be part of the informal but highly educational event.
