Abstract
Foodservice procurement company Prestige Purchasing has appointed a new chief commercial officer to “drive its ambitious growth plans” over the next few years.

With 20 years experience, David Kelleher joins the board having held director roles at purchasing companies Procure4 and PSL.

Board member Michael Luke – who has been ‘integral’ to the company’s ‘rapid’ growth over the past 5 years - has meanwhile decided to step down to focus on new opportunities.

Chief executive Shaun Allen said: “I am delighted to welcome David to the leadership team of Prestige.

“This is an important appointment for the business, and David is both a perfect fit with our business values and a strong commercial leader capable of driving our ambitious growth plans over the next few years.

“I would also like to thank Michael for his tremendous support and wish him well for the future.”
