During the event Kerridge will explore his motivations and aspirations that have shaped his career. He will also share his thoughts on the latest industry topics and what the future may look like.
Guests will enjoy a drinks and canapés reception in the Court Room at Corinthia London, followed by a three-course dinner with wine experience within the Ballroom.
Kerridge opened The hand & Flowers in 2005 and within six years it became the first pub to receive two Michellin stars. Over the last ten years Kerridge has become a television personality appearing on Saturday Kitchen, Great British Food revival and Tom Kerridge’s Best Ever Dishes.
He is the author of four other best-selling cookbooks, Proper Pub Food, Best Ever Dishes, Tom’s Table and Tom Kerridge’s Dopamine Diet.
