Abstract
The FoodTalk Show will be running a pop-up radio station at next week's Food Matters Live exhibition.

The team will be on the hunt for new products and recording interviews for future broadcast at the trade show, which is broadcast live at 4pm every Thursday on Channel Radio and TuneIn Radio.

Sue Nelson, co-founder and presenter, said: "New discoveries are being made in food tech every day and here in the UK, we’re at the cutting edge of that innovation. We love Food Matters Live because it gives us the chance to meet these brainy people and of course, taste their gastronomic goodies.”

"Appearing on The FoodTalk Show gives businesses the chance to spread the word beyond the walls of Excel, to an audience that loves food and wants to keep up with the latest news. So if you’ve developed something new or different, come and chat to us at stand 22. Tell us all about what you’ve created, how and why – and don’t forget to bring a sample!”
