The PM Trust reveals details of annual fundraising dinner
Abstract
The PM Trust’s annual fundraising dinner will take place on Thursday 15th May 2025 at the Lansdowne Club in Mayfair.

The gala dinner promises an ‘unforgettable’ evening of fine dining, entertainment and celebration of the next generation of hospitality talent. It will be the first official event under the patronage of chef John Willaims MBE who recently joined as patron.

With decades of experience overseeing Michelin-starred kitchens and nurturing culinary excellence, his appointment marks an exciting new chapter for the Trust, which has historically supported leading industry figures such as Jason Atherton and Brian Turner MBE.

Guests will be treated to an ‘impressive’ menu created by experienced chef Henry Brosi, in collaboration with students from Westminster Kingsway College.

The evening will also feature ‘inspiring’ stories about the Trust’s support, highlighting how vital funding for equipment, education and culinary experiences can help those starting their journey in hospitality.

Ruston Toms, chair of trustees at The PM Trust, said: “We are thrilled to be hosting such a special evening, bringing together people who are genuinely passionate about shaping the future of our industry. All of us at The PM Trust are absolutely delighted to have John Williams MBE involved in our work and his support marks a truly exciting new chapter.

“Our goal for the night is to raise as much as possible so we can continue making a real difference to young people’s lives. Whether it’s helping with course fees, providing essential books and equipment or funding culinary experiences, the support we provide will help the next generation of talent thrive.”

Book now to secure your place at a ‘spectacular’ evening dedicated to nurturing the hospitality talent of tomorrow. The event will run from 6:45pm to 11:30pm.
