Payne & Gunter wins catering contract at Nevill Holt Opera

Event caterer Payne & Gunter has won a brand new contract at Nevill Holt Opera (Midlands) to oversee all dining experiences during its annual three-week festival (June).

This involves managing all catering at its on-site restaurant, and for private and corporate hospitality, including a pop-up restaurant offering a three-course gourmet menu; exclusive dining for corporate groups; private picnic pavilions; and the Kitchen Garden restaurant curated by guest chef, Ben Tish (The Stafford, London).

 

Payne & Gunter will also launch a picnic hamper service that guests can pre-order.
