Payne + Gunter prepares for BRIT Awards

Abstract
Event caterer Payne + Gunter has been the accredited caterer and producer for the BRIT awards for more than ten years and is gearing up to deliver services again this year to 4,000 guests at the February event.

Before the cameras begin rolling, the music industry’s elite are served a seasonal British menu delivered by a 550-strong front of house team and 60 kitchen chefs. Payne + Gunter will also cater backstage bars as well as fully servicing the after-party bars.

Bethan James, operations director at Payne + Gunter, said: "We always strive to exceed expectations and every guest experience is important to us. The BRITs is a high profile event and with strict timings before the cameras roll, it’s our job to cater for the guests seamlessly.”

Payne + Gunter is a business of Levy Restaurants UK and has recently achieved new venue listings including, Alexandra Palace, The O2 and Old Billingsgate. The company has also recently renewed contracts with Roundhouse, Kensington Palace and Hampton Court.
