Paul Hollywood’s first KNEAD restaurant is now open at London’s Euston station – a coffee and bakery concept in partnership with food and drink operator SSP.
Offering an all-day menu – from porridge and pastries for breakfast to pie, mash and gravy, deli sandwiches and salads – the eatery also has a selection of sweet and savoury options to takeaway.
Hollywood said: “KNEAD is a project I've been working on for some time, and I can’t wait for you to come and experience (it). We have worked really hard to give our customers something different, making sure we use the best possible ingredients and give customers the greatest service. Just wait until you taste the difference in my bacon butties and sausage rolls!"
KNEAD at Euston station is open 7am to 10pm Monday – Friday and 8am to 10pm at weekends.
