Miles, a member of the Craft Guild of Chefs, will oversee the development of new concepts and flavours and will focus on educating children about food. He is a mentor for the ‘Future Chefs’ programme.
He said: “I’m delighted to be joining Pasta King and I can’t wait to get started, I’m really passionate about good food and more specifically, serving good food to children.
“I really believe in feeding children good, nutritious food and introducing them to new flavours. A few years ago, children would never eat some of the things they try now and at Pasta King we want kids to eat proper food and be introduced to new experiences.”
Paul Kingsley Bates, CEO of Pasta King, added: “We are really pleased to have Craig on board and he’s already bubbling with ideas.
“He’s really passionate about feeding children brilliant food and it’s great for us to have someone heading up our Pasta King product development and working to create tasty, nutritious and innovative dishes that kids, caterers, parents and teachers will love.”
