The event, run by the Institute of Hospitality, will feature a live student debate, speed networking, a careers forum and panel discussions from industry experts.
Peter Ducker FIH, chief executive of the Institute of Hospitality, said: “Passion4Hospitality provides hospitality management students with a unique opportunity to meet employers and help determine their first jobs in the industry.
“With more that 300 students attending next week from the UK and Hong Kong, we are delighted to see this event grown and attract more and more interest each year.”
The panel discussion will feature industry figures such as Sophie Murray from National Association of Care Catering, Juliet Price from Hotel Booking Agency Association and Matthew White FIH from The University Caterers Association (TUCO).
