Paddy & Scott’s launches first private label coffee for NHS
Abstract
Independent coffee company Paddy & Scott’s has partnered with NHS Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals to create their first private label coffee offering Nourish 1948.

This partnership will see the NHS Foundation Trust supporting the Muchomba farm in Kenya through their ongoing coffee supply. Patients and customers will have the opportunity to purchase 250g whole bean or ground coffee retail bags from either location to enjoy at home.

Since forming nearly 76 years ago, the NHS has become an ‘indispensable service’, caring for 1.6 million patients daily across England.

Eimear Jordan, facilities support services manager at Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, said: “We are really excited to be working with Paddy and Scott’s to introduce our own brand of coffee to the hospital.

“Nourish 1948 has given us high-quality coffee at affordable rates for our hospital team, whilst also enabling us to give back to the hospital charity. Many members of team ASPH have commented on how nice the coffee is after our move and declared their love for the brand. Thank you Paddy & Scott’s for helping make our vision come to life.”
