Abstract
The ‘healthy bunch’ is just one of a number of new concepts set to be unveiled by Pabulum when it takes over the catering at Cranford Park Primary School in Hillingdon next month.
Pabulum, based in the south east, won the contract earlier this year to provide meals for the 650 plus pupils returning to the popular Middlesex School from incumbent ISS Caterhouse.
The company already provides a similar service at neighbouring Oak Farm School. Under the terms of the agreement, Pabulum will create a range of nutritionally analysed 'healthy bunch' menus tailored exclusively for young children. All of the dishes will be made onsite. Jonathan Gawthrop, managing director of Pabulum said: "We're delighted that Cranford Park Primary School has chosen Pabulum, and look forward to playing our part turning the pupils into a 'healthy bunch' on their return later this month."
