Aikens has collaborated with British restaurateur Jamie Barber and TV presenter Myleene Klass, founders of restaurant quality finish at home meal kit service My Supper Hero, to create Cook & Dine at Home.
The new range features signature dishes which will be delivered nationwide and can be cooked at home, with Only A Pavement Away receiving a majority of the profits from all sales.
Aikens said: “I’m always looking for new initiatives to raise funds for Only A Pavement Away who not only help to give people a second start in life with the tools and skills they need to rebuild self-belief and confidence in themselves, but also contribute to the hospitality industry by giving their members stability through employment in the sector.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy deliciously prepared meals at home that are big on taste and fun, but with zero hassle. It’s the perfect solution to hosting a great dinner party.”
Cook & Dine at Home will allow people to support the charity while enjoying a gourmet meal curated by Tom Aikens, inspired by dishes that the chef himself makes in his downtime.
The meals include a starter of treacle & ginger glazed and cured salmon, and roasted aubergine, followed by a treacle & marmite marinated short rib with roast broccoli and shitake salad.
Greg Mangham, Only A Pavement Away founder and chief executive, added: “This is a great initiative – with supporters able to enjoy a superb night-in and raise money for our members at the same time. It means the charity can help more people work towards independence, self-sufficiency and bringing much needed new talent to the hospitality sector. We can’t thank Tom and Jamie enough for their generosity and support.”
Cook & Dine at Home will run for three months, with the recipes changing monthly. Each two course meal costs £110, and serves two people. To purchase visit www.mysupperhero.com.
