Visitors can pre-register for free for the event, which takes place on 11-12 March at Bournemouth’s BIC.
Each registration entitles the visitor to:
• Free entry to the exhibition on both days
• Free entry to all seminar sessions
• Invitation to the networking reception on the first day of the show

Visitors can look forward to a host of new feature areas, as well as some familiar favourites, including Chef’s Kitchen (In association with the Craft Guild of Chefs), and Staff Canteen Live.
New for 2014 is the ‘Source Producers Market’ (featuring small, independent, regional producers), interactive tasting area, ‘The Liquid Taste Experience’ and ‘Molecular Gastronomy’ demonstrations.
