Abstract
There is one month left to enter the Women 1st Shine Awards and nominate candidates for its Top 100 Most Influential Women list.
Whilst women make up nearly 60% of the workforce in the UK's hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism (HLTT) sector only 6% make it to board and director level positions. This is why People 1st created the Women 1st programme. Nominations are free for both awards and open to all. Entries must be submitted by the 18th February.
