Jo will bring over 25 years of experience in hospitality and contract catering to her role, which will see her help individuals within the business to reach their full potential in their roles and prepare them for future opportunities at Olive.
She will work with the senior team in implementing e-learning for mandatory training, and creating an embedded mentoring structure within the company to help it maintain its IIP accreditation.
Also among Jo’s targets will be the delivery of a suite of training workshops to reflect the needs of Olive and its team members, and finding innovative ways to measure their impact.
