Abstract
OSC Group UK, the facilities management and maintenance services specialist, has been awarded a five-year multi-service contract with the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), including catering.
Providing catering, security, cleaning and other services such as concierge, mail room and reprographics across 200+ government buildings in London, the south-east, south-west, Wales and the Midlands, OSC will be servicing: the MoJ, Crown Prosecution Service, departments for Education and International Trade, Ministry of Housing Communities, local government.
With an assigned lead manager at each site, the contract is worth an estimated £17.5 million per annum with the option of a two-year extension.
