The survey, which was carried out by employee development platform Zensai, used feedback provided through Glassdoor to rank companies in order of the best to work for in the UK. OCS were the only facilities management company to feature on the list.
OCS UK & Ireland provides a range of services including cleaning, catering, security, technical services, energy management and compliance, front of house, landscaping, logistics, waste management and pest control services.
The company has a turnover of £1.7bn. It operates across the UK and Ireland with 50,000 colleagues, delivering ‘innovative’ services to the private and public sectors.
