The roadshow was organised for suppliers to showcase their latest ideas and to meet the OCS catering team.
It also gave OCS staff the opportunity to learn about the latest food trends, to demonstrate the Christmas takeaway market, and to discuss how to implement innovation in client sites and restaurants.
