Facilities management provider OCS has appointed Paul Cowie as its new UK head standards and solutions for catering to support the company’s efforts to enhance customer relationships and drive growth strategy.
Cowie is responsible for leading the continued development of the OCS catering brand and for identifying and optimising delivery models across the group’s UK divisions.
He said: "I am delighted to join the OCS team and am looking forward to meeting the staff and clients.
“I look forward to using my skills and experience to create a comprehensive overview of the catering service and to creating a strong sense of community in this area of the business."
Cowie joins OCS with 27 years’ experience in contract catering. He began as a chef for Compass Group and has also help roles at Sodexo as operations director and regional director Scotland at BaxterStorey.
