The part-time MSc in Food Industry Management aims to ‘develop junior and middle managers into tomorrow’s directors’.
The MSc will cover areas of study such as, regulatory environment in food manufacture, supply chain logistics, management fundamentals and project management.
The course will also implement a three to six month in-company project, in consultation with the student’s employer, to develop skills in a work-based environment.
Staff from the Nottingham Business School and the School of Animal, Rural and Environmental Science departments will support students on the course.
The MSc in Food Industry Management will launch in January 2015, with support from the Higher Education Funding Council for England and the opportunity for business scholarships also available.
