He had been working with the company in a consulting capacity over the past eight months and his permanent appointment will allow Nisbets to capitalise on the growth opportunities across the group.

In his new role, Rombouts will be responsible for driving performance improvements and efficiencies across the business and steering the implementation of Nisbets’ growth plans. Based in Belgium, he will report to Nisbets’ chairman Peter Sephton.
