Abstract
FareHarbor, the booking software and business management platform, is offering all NHS workers free online cookery class hosted by Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food.

A spokesman said: “The brilliant work you do is integral to our communities, so to say thank you we’d love you to join us for a fun-packed knife skills class.

“Over the course of two hours, you’ll learn how to rustle up a nutritious, colourful stir-fry that makes a cracking mid-shift lunch or dinner.

“Plus, you’ll learn everything you need to know about kitchen knives – from sharpening and maintaining them, to perfecting key techniques and the professional knife grip.

“You’ll leave with sharper knife skills, the confidence to whip up a veg-packed stir-fry again and again, and a seriously delicious dinner on the table.”

There are three dates to choose from:
23 June, 7.30pm – 9.30pm
17 September, 12pm - 2pm
18 November, 3pm - 5pm

Those who are accepted are promised to receive a unique Zoom link and joining instructions 48 hours before the class takes place. The confirmation email will also include a prep sheet with a shopping list and set-up instructions for the day.

Jamie’s Ministry of Food said: “We believe that every meal matters, which is why we’re on a mission to enable more people to experience the joys and benefits of cooking nutritious, sustainable and balanced meals.

“We work with our partners in schools, communities and workplaces to teach people of all ages how to cook, so we’re delighted to now offer all NHS workers a free online cookery class.”
