The Food Forums, which are free to all NHS catering, facilities and procurement colleagues, provide a great learning opportunity. The activities on the day will include break-out sessions, guest speakers, product sampling as well as networking opportunities.

The Food Forum showed the work taking place, and provides the information to be able to procure, plan and develop our menus across the NHS for patients and retail.
“The necessary governance and expertise available in these sessions creates a must attend event for caterers, chefs and service leads to ensure that they are maximising the benefit of the supply chain contract.”
