The webinar, which is sponsored by Premier Foods, is titled: ‘Making the transition to more sustainable menus’ and will be a discussion among these experts about how public sector caterers use menu development to achieve Net Zero targets.
It will also look at where catering teams go next following the industry’s initial ‘20% less but better meat’ campaign that was launched in 2020.
Claire Ogley is an experienced public affairs, policy and communications professional who sets the strategy for The Vegan Society’s campaigns and manages the team.
Before joining the Vegan Society, she worked for a political consultancy providing strategic advice, stakeholder engagement and analysis of politics and media to a number of clients, specialising in the health, FMCG, charity and tech sectors.
