Managing director Paul Ingram said: “We’ve been planning to launch this for some time and with the current market disruption which is affecting businesses and everyone’s way of life, we felt it was a great time to launch the Carpigiani Dessert Club.
“We’ve set up the club firstly as a support structure for our entire customer base, but more widely as a ‘go to’ hub, a dynamic environment for anyone who may be seeking information, guidance, inspiration or motivation.”
For the launch there is a series of free 30-60 minute webinars covering topics: latest food trends, recipe formulation, niche products, serving techniques, branding opportunities, Q&A’s, equipment utilisation, maintenance tips and sustainability.
Ingram added: “Kicking off the webinars will be Chef Joe Yates demonstrating how independent producers can quickly access the profitable home delivery Ice Cream & Gelato sector to drive new revenues, which is particularly important right now.”
