Abstract
Kudos, the in-house caterer at the RAF Museum in Cosford, saw an increase from £9,213 in 2014 to £12,618 in 2015 for the eight day period in between Christmas and New Year since the new food counter was installed.
Kudos’ managing partner, Jon Pryce, said: “I am delighted about the increase in custom that we have had as a result of the RAF Museum’s restaurant refurbishment.
“The restaurant itself looks amazing now as I knew it would and I’m just happy that so many people are able to see it for themselves and experience the high quality food and drink provided by Kudos.”
Visitor numbers increased from 4,451 in 2014 to 5,707 last year. The new food counter was installed as part of the museum’s Refuel restaurant refurbishment.
