The latest issue has been published of Care Caterer, the e-zine dedicated to covering the issues and events that are important to those whose role is ensuring that care and social home residents and community meals recipients are offered tasty and nutritious food.

In the new edition of the digital title Caroline Lecko, patient safety lead with the NHS England, writes about the industry should challenge assumptions to make the changes that are needed.
