Catering company Harbour & Jones has announced the appointment of Derick Martin as its new group director of operations to support the company’s expansion plans.
Derick Martin joins Harbour & Jones with over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, including as founding director of Gino D’Acampo My Pasta Bar, CEO and co-founder of Innovate Services, and CEO of Cooks The Bakery.
The new group director of operations, Derick Martin, said: “I already have plans for the months ahead including a review of current IT systems and processes to support the company’s expansion plans. Corporate social responsibility is a subject close to my heart and I am pleased to be taking responsibility for the company’s new function in this area.”
Harbour & Jones provides contract catering services to over 70 venues and businesses via its H+J and Fare brands and serves over 150 schools via Principals.
