Abstract
The Artisan restaurant opened its doors last week as Southampton Solent University and catering provider Sodexo Education, reinvented a former department store into a new eatery.
To celebrate the refurbishment, the launch event featured entertainment from Still Moving DJs and an appearance from Gordon Ramsey celebrity chef impersonator, Martin Jordan.
Guests sampled the new menu and the in house baristas mixed up speciality beverages.
Sodexo’s on-campus catering facilities were recently awarded the prestigious silver catering mark as part of the Soil Association’s commitment to venues who recognise ethically-sourced produce free from controversial additives.
