The independent caterer has gained a three-year deal worth nearly £1 million in total contract turnover at Heythrop College in Kensington Square, London. Heythrop College is The Specialist Philosophy and Theology College of the University of London and is the oldest college of the University founded in 1614. In January abm will operate the central restaurant and introduce a new Costa Coffee offer to 800 students and 100 residential students in addition to internal and corporate hospitality services. The contract was previously run by Compass division Baxter & Platts. Under a three year contract worth £818,000 in total contract turnover abm will provide catering services to 2,000 students at Bingley Grammar School including a central dining room and sixth form café. abm will be bringing drama to the school dining room by holding their 'What's Cooking' Chef's Theatre lunchtimes when students can have wok dishes such as oriental stir-fries and spicy curries cooked in front of them. Sue Johnson, Managing Director of abm, says " We are delighted to have been awarded these important contracts and look forward to developing exciting and innovative catering at each site."
